Calling all teaching artists, educators, young artists, cultural workers and creative practitioners!
Developed through the research of the Vital Arts project, Signalling Practices brings together people working across performance, visual art, music, screen and digital forms to explore the creativity, knowledge and value of teaching artistry.
How do we foster and celebrate our practices as teaching artists? How can we strengthen youth agency and make the skills, methods and contributions of teaching artists more visible and valued?
Join us for a vibrant day of talks, live performances, creative workshops, podcast-making, industry conversations and national and international networking.
You’ll also have the chance to hear from artists about their experiences as mentors and educators, and experience a demonstration of the Vital Arts micro-credential, which recognises young artists’ 21st-century creative skills.
